What Does the Full Body Detox (FBD) Consist Of?
ANSWER: The Full Body Detox (FBD) consists of six herbal formulas (concocted by herbalist Djehuty Ma’at-Ra) and activated charcoal. The six formulas are: (1) Blood and Lymphatic, (2) Cardiovascular, (3) Liver-Gallbladder-Spleen, (4) Lungs and Respiratory, (5) Kidneys-Bladder-Adrenal, and (6) Colon. Activated charcoal is not a formula but a black, odorless and tasteless powder taken in a glass water nightly. It helps to remove toxins including heavy metal toxins.
Each FBD formula (bottle) comes with 100 “o” size vegan capsules. You take 5 capsules of each formula every 2-3 hours for 20-days straight. You’re taking 30 capsules per day during the duration of the FBD.
The formulas are soy and gluten-free and contain no preservatives, fillers, binders, silica, magnesium stearate, etc.
What’s the Difference Between the Liquid Full Body Detox (FBD) and Capsule version of the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: The liquid version of the FBD is just that – a liquid, or consisting of herbal extract. Two dropperfuls of extract are added to a glass of water, stirred well, and drank every 2-3 hours every day for the 20-day duration of the FBD. Because the liquid version contains vegetable glycerin, the formulas are somewhat sweet in taste.
The capsule version of the FBD is just that – capsules! You take 5 capsules of each formula every 2-3 hours for 20-days straight. You’re taking 30 capsules per day during the duration of the FBD.
Liquids (extracts) enter the body faster (via the blood) and therefore work faster whereas capsules take 45 minutes to break down and work but the efficacy of capsules are more potent and the effects last longer than the liquid counterpart.
The liquid version of the FBD is ideal and suitable for people who have difficulty or aversions to swallowing capsules.
Can I Take Medication While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: We do not recommend taking or mixing herbs with medication (drugs) and it would defeat the purpose of detoxifying the body, as all medication (drugs) is poison to the body and no part of the body is comprised of drugs. Herbs are naturally programmed to nourish and heal the body therefore herbs would work against the medication. Herbs are organic just like the human body whereas drugs are inorganic. You have a personal decision to make between herbs and drugs. We cannot make that determination for you for legal reasons.
Should I Stop Taking My Medication While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com or its affiliates cannot make this determination for you for various legal reasons. However, we will tell you that taking herbs and drugs simultaneously defeats the purpose as they work against each other.
How Often Should I Perform the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: You may perform the FBD as often as you like. Generally, we recommend that people detoxify their body at least once a year minimum and four times a year maximum, though people are free to detoxify their body as much as they like and choose too. The FBD will not harm the human body, it will only help it.
Ideally, it’s best to perform the FBD every seasonal change, i.e. Spring (late March), Summer (late Summer), Autumn or Fall (late August), and Winter (late December).
Astrologically, it’s best to perform the FBD one month before your birthday, when your energy is weak; and also, six months from your birthday, also when your energy is weak due to where the Sun is placed.
Whatever your solar sign is, when the Sun is in your opposite sign, this is your low energy peak. For example, if the Sun is in Scorpio (from October 23 to November 22) this means that the Sun is farthest from Taurus (April 21 to May 20) as Taurus is the opposite sign of Scorpio.
Following is a list of Sun sign opposites:
Aries and Libra
Taurus and Scorpio
Gemini and Sagittarius
Cancer and Capricorn
Leo and Aquarius
Virgo and Pisces

ANSWER: This is your personal choice as to how long you wait to perform another cleanse after performing the FBD. You can wait a day, 3 days, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, 14 days (2 weeks), 21 days (3 weeks) or 30 days. Again, the choice is entirely yours.
For Weight Loss Purposes, Which Cleanse Should I Perform? The FBD or the Weight Release Cleanse?
ANSWER: Because the FBD is our catalyst cleanse, no matter what you’re dealing with or attempting to achieve through cleansing, the FBD is always the first cleanse you would perform.
A benefit of performing the FBD is weight release (loss), especially if you need to release excess or unnecessary and unhealthy weight (waste). Your body will determine if you need to release weight, how much weight, and the areas on your body the weight release will come from, i.e. belly, thighs, buttocks, breasts, etc. We cannot determine nor predict how much weight you will release and what areas on your body weight release may come from while performing or after performing any of our cleanses. However, if you need to release weight as a priority, you will.
For Purposes of Genital Herpes, Which Cleanse Should I Perform First? The Full Body Detox (FBD) or the Anti-Viral Cleanse?
ANSWER: Because the FBD is our catalyst cleanse, no matter what you’re dealing with or attempting to achieve through cleansing, the FBD is always the first cleanse you would perform.
However, because the FBD cleanses and repair the blood, people with genital herpes (a skin disorder) will greatly benefit from performing the Full Body Detox before performing the Anti-Viral Cleanse which is the next cleanse recommended to perform when there is genital herpes.
What Do I Eat During the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: The FBD requires and recommends an all raw foods diet. A raw food diet consists of eating raw, living, sun-cooked food – food that has not be heated above 118 degrees. Anything cooked above 118 degrees is NOT raw food!

ANSWER: It is not recommended that a person fast while performing the FBD. Fasting may be performed before or after performing the FBD. Consuming FBD capsules on an empty stomach would cause great distress.

ANSWER: The best water to drink while performing the FBD, or any other cleanse for that matter is, alkaline water, followed by distilled water, followed by filtered/purified water, followed by spring water (which is usually bottled).
Avoid drinking tap water if you can! It is loaded with toxins.

Herbal tea, our o3 Drops and Alkaline Drops are an exception to the rule.

Will I Lose Weight During the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: There is no definite answer for this question as every body is different. If you need to release/lose weight (unhealthy weight, usually waste), then you will (unless you have an energetic block or something).
Most people who perform the FBD release/lose some weight (waste), between 5-25 pounds (depending on the person). However, it’s safe to say that you’ll probably release/some weight (waste) from performing the FBD.
I’m A Female, Will I Lose My Butt If I Perform the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: There is no definite answer for this question as every body is different. If you need to release/lose weight (unhealthy weight, usually waste), then you will (unless you have an energetic block or something), including in certain parts of the body that tends to hold weight (waste).
In females, their body has five (5) fatty reserves that holds waste (waste): the buttocks, belly, thighs, breasts, and arms (upper back part), and if they are filled with excess toxic waste, they will begin to dump off those toxins during the FBD.
A woman’s butt or breast may decrease in size while on the FBD if she has a lot of toxins stored in these areas (embellishments). Most women do not lose size in their embellishments from performing the FBD.

Will I Get Sick While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: What people call sickness during cleansing is in actuality “healing crisis”, “law of cure”, or “Herxheimer reaction.” These terms simply mean that the body will get worse before it gets better, or, feeling sick before feeling better.
Cleansing or detoxing doesn’t make you sick. What you’ve been eating (and how you’ve been eating), how you’ve been thinking, and how you have been living is what has made and makes you sick, not herbs or cleansing/detoxing.
If you begin to experience constipation, headache, skin problems, reoccurrence of menstrual cycle, cold or flu-like symptoms, etc. while cleansing, there’s nothing to worry about. These are all symptoms of the healing crisis which are quite natural and common when people are cleansing/detoxifying their body.
If I Get Sick on the Full Body Detox (FBD) Can I Stop Taking the Formulas?
ANSWER: What you call getting sick is really “healing crisis” (meaning the body will get worse before it gets better). While we don’t recommend you stop your healing process, you have the free will to stop taking the FBD formulas if you feel it’s in your best interests.
If the formulas are too potent for you (or perhaps you’re just too toxic), you may want to stop for a day or two with your cleansing process and then pick back up a day or two or three later. This is totally okay!
Can I Take Less Than The Five Capsules of Each Formula While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: If you feel the capsules (formulas) are too potent, then yes, you may decrease the number of capsules per formula taken daily. For example, instead of taking 5 capsules of each formula, you could take only 3 capsules of each formula. Of course this will either lengthen the duration of the FBD or leave you with some capsules leftover should you still perform the FBD for 20 days and only take 3 capsules per day.
Will I Need To Stay By The Bathroom During the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: This is a common FBD question! No, you will not need to stay or be near a bathroom all day or at any time of the day while performing the FBD. The herbalist and creator of the FBD designed it whereby a person is at home when taking the formula responsible for bowel movement enhancement, whether a person works the day shift or night shift, because it’s the last formula taken of the day.
Can I Perform Enemas or Colonics While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: Yes, you can! Enemas or colonics are best performed in the middle of performing the FBD or after performing the FBD. The FBD facilitates elimination of waste debris during an enema or colonic.
An enema can be performed every fifth day of the FBD, i.e. Day 5, Day 10, Day 15, and Day 20 (the last day). Enemas are best performed in the morning on an empty stomach.
Colonics should be performed three sessions in a row, every other day until three colonics are performed. Colonics can be expensive, usually costing between $50-$85 per session. They are best performed in the middle or at the end of the FBD.
My Menstrual Cycle Came Back After I Started the Full Body Detox (FBD), Is This Normal?
ANSWER: Because the menstrual cycle is a female’s sixth channel of elimination (of toxic waste, depending on her diet and lifestyle), occurring every month, a female performing the FBD should not be surprised to see her menstrual cycle return, if it actually does, while performing the FBD. The vagina is a channel of elimination and the body intelligence may choose to use this orifice to facilitate the elimination of toxins or waste during performance of the FBD. Therefore, even though the menstrual cycle may have just recently ended pursuant to its normal schedule, after starting the FBD, it may come back in an attempt to serve as an extra channel of elimination, especially if there is much waste needing to be released from the female reproductive area.
So, if this occurs, it’s normal and there is nothing to worry about. Many times when this situation occurs, the body is recalibrating and normalizing the menstrual cycle, especially for the female with an abnormal menstrual cycle.
Reoccurring menstrual cycle is also considered a part of the “healing crisis.”
Can I Take Birth Control While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: We don’t recommend that a woman take any type of oral birth control while performing the Full Body Detox, especially the pharmaceutical grade kind (the most toxic ones).
Even though Wild Yam Root is a herb, we also do not recommend that a woman take these as they constitute an additional set of herbs to take which is too many to take during the Full Body Detox. A woman should wait until she completes the Full Body Detox to start taking birth control.
We highly recommend that a sexually active woman detoxifying her body use our Neem Cream or Contraceptive Cream for contraceptive purposes, if she cannot abstain from sex.
Will I Be Able To Work While Performing the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: Yes, you will. The FBD does not impair your ability to work and perform your job.
The one exception to the rule here is people who are grossly toxic and experience immediate healing crisis and who may feel nauseous, vomit, feel weak, etc. However, the foregoing is very rare. No one knows how a person will respond to cleansing their body, especially for the first time. Experience leads to the answer.
What If I Miss A Scheduled Time To Take A Formula During the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: Simply make up for the missed time. This may push back the normal daily time for taking your formulas, but it’s okay as long as it does not become a habit.
If you have to take a formula one hour after taking the last formula in order to catch up, by all means do so. The most important thing is to have all formulas in your body before you go to bed.
What If I Work the Night or Graveyard Shift? How Would I Take the Formulas of the Full Body Detox (FBD)?
ANSWER: You would simply reverse the times you take the formulas. Instead of starting, for example, at 6:00 a.m., you’d start around 10:00 p.m. (if your night shift started at 11:00 p.m.).
So, you’d take Formula #1 at 10:00 p.m., Formula #2 at 1:00 a.m., and so forth.

What’s the Difference Between the Full Body Detox from DjehutyMaatraHerbs and the Full Body Cleanse From Dherbs?
ANSWER: Dherbs is the company our herbalist started in 2003 in Glendale, California and sold his corporate stock in July 2011 as part of a settlement agreement after his business partners, Ahman Dolphin and Jamelle Dolphin (current owners), got mad at Djehuty and attempted to steal his property (herbal formulas) and intellectual property (information, articles) after he decided to expand his vision and start a new business which is DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com!
Basically, the difference between DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com’s Full Body Detox and Dherbs’ Full Body Cleanse is that the Full Body Detox is the original invention of Djehuty Ma’at-Ra (created in November 1999) whereas Dherbs’ Full Body Cleanse is a copycat of that original cleanse, created in December 2011.
The Full Body Detox is manufactured in DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com’s private 6,000 square foot warehouse in Glendale, California whereas Dherbs’ Full Body Cleanse is outsourced to a private company (Biory, Inc.) located in El Monte, California and shipped from a facility in West Los Angeles (where poisonous substances are used by other tenants that Dherbs rents from).
A well-known herbalist (Djehuty Ma’at-Ra) manufactures the Full Body Detox for DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com whereas Dherbs has no herbalist or no one skilled in herbology to produce their products.
Why Is The Full Body Detox (FBD) So Much Cheaper Than Dherbs’ Full Body Cleanse?
ANSWER: The Full Body Detox is so much cheaper than Dherbs’ Full Body Cleanse because the motives behind the business owners and the businesses are diametrically different.
Dherbs operates from profit orientation (evidenced by their astronomically high prices for copycat products) whereas DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com operates for the people and on the principle of Law of Inverse Proportion and thus the prices are very affordable so people (the masses) can afford the products to try the products and get results from the products, which results in word of mouth advertising leading more people to DjehutyMaatraHerbs.com whereas Dherbs has to rely upon radio advertising to attract people to try their products.
